I’d cancel heartbreak,

Self-Hatred,

And also Discrimination.

There’d be music playing,

Starry nights,

And Happy Endings.

 

If I were in charge of the world

You wouldn’t have sorrow.

You wouldn’t have abuse.

You wouldn’t have hunger.

Or “Dude you’re so gay.”

You wouldn’t even have judgment.

 

If I were in charge of the world

A bread bowl full of bread would be a vegetable.

All people would be loved.

And a person who sometimes forgot to say “I Love you.”

And sometimes forgot to appreciate what she had,

Would still be allowed to be

In charge of the world.
